"We at the kennel have become so paranoid about what kind of existential threat each tenant may pose, that when we happen upon one with no malicious intent, we remain skeptical. I was cooking in the cantina while the tenant was in its temporary transport enclosure, I glanced over and locked eyes - only for a moment.. and I had the sudden urge to add garlic to my dish.. interesting.."

Update 1: Tenant has displayed limited understanding of basic sign language, being observed signing 'touch' and 'more' regularly. What it wants to touch.. we are unsure.

Update 2: Going against company policy - we have started letting the tenant roam our kennel freely. We have since found organized piles of trash, crude notes with semi-incoherant english mixed with runic language, and what we assume to be a 'thumbs up' from the tenant whenever an advisor crosses paths with it in the halls.
